We had booked our own hotels, and John took that framework and crafted a brilliant, seamless plan and route that made the entire holiday easy and stress-free. Despite having a clear plan, if our large group wanted to make a change—whether it was a spontaneous detour or an idea we found online—John found the best way to make it happen. This meant instantly organizing everything from tuk-tuk drivers for quick transfers to tracking down snorkel gear so we could dive at a secluded spot we discovered. With 12 people, managing the logistics is usually the hardest part of a group holiday, but John had us covered every single day.
